Weight Loss Secrets
Just like many people, I have also failed several times over on many diets and weight loss endeavors before I finally ended up with the right one that actually works. I have tried fasting, a water and crackers diet, starve-myself-to-anorexia projects, and diet pills, but none of them really worked well. If they did allow me to shed off a little weight, my health was compromised. The MediFast diet was the only program that enabled me to lose sixty pounds over a span of 3 months, and it was also the only program that was able to do that without harming me in any way. Instead, I became a healthier individual in the process. But of course, there were also other factors that were very helpful throughout the course of the program that contributed to the success of the diet.
For one, I made very positive decisions. I would have given up after trying so many methods that did not help me at all. I could have also continued starving myself to death, if I were not concerned about my health at all. But instead, I continued to find a solution to my weight problem. Because I wanted to lose weight badly and live a healthier lifestyle all at the same time, it enabled me to set my priorities straight and really exert the effort to find the perfect diet program that could offer me the best of both worlds. More than making positive decisions, I also took positive actions. Deciding is not enough. It will never be worth anything until you take action. I can decide to find a program that works, but I will never really be able to find one unless I drag myself into actually finding one. I did my due diligence in extensive research. I exerted big amounts of effort and sleepless nights reading about various stories, testimonials and clinical studies that backed the ton of diet programs all over the internet and finding out how credible they are. I did not just decide to follow the MediFast diet strictly, but I really strictly followed it. If I simply kept on deciding but not taking positive action, I would have created a vicious cycle and dug my own grave. In order to become successful at one thing including losing weight, you have to do positive things over and over again until they become a habit.
Speaking of habits, if you want your weight loss endeavors to be a success, you will have to religiously follow the instructions up to the last punctuation mark over and over again until the good habit already becomes a part of your system. If a certain habit makes you lose 5 pounds a week, continue on with that habit for more weeks and you will be on your way to a body that is 60 pounds lighter than you originally were. Trust me, because that’s exactly what happened to me.
These simple things can create dramatic results. Relying everything on a certain diet solution that you are taking is not going to be enough. That tool will play a big part, but you yourself will play the biggest of all parts.
