This supplement has the following ingredients in its formulation: Yerba Mate, said to be a potent energy booster; Ginger, known for its “antioxidant” properties; Cayenne, said to promote good digestion and appetite suppression; Coffee contains the catalyst Caffeine; Forskohlii to help speed up the metabolism; Black Tea has comparable properties to Green Tea; Oolong Tea is very similar to Green and Black Teas, but it does not have the same grassy undertones.

Yerba Mate is not an appropriate weight loss element primarily because it is a nervous system stimulant. It enhances energy levels and keeps an individual alert and active. However, Yerba Mate is said to have certain harmful side-effects. It also contains Vitamin C and promotes thermogenesis. Some studies suggest it may have appetite-suppressing abilities. While Ginger is said to be a safe element yet it does not have the active weight loss properties. Cayenne Peppers have been used for centuries in traditional medicine. They have endorphin-stimulating properties and often help with a number of common health issues. They have been shown to help with stomachaches, cramping and gas in the gastrointestinal tract. Cayenne Peppers have also been used to treat circulatory system disease, arthritis, sore throats and styptic. Some studies even show Forskohlii as a metabolism booster. Black Tea has similar properties to Green Tea. Green Tea is used as an antioxidant and contains more of the stimulant caffeine. Oolong Tea contains both important antioxidants and Caffeine. Oolong Tea contains more Caffeine than Green Tea does. Caffeine is a central nervous system catalyst that causes fat to be released into the system as fuel. The antioxidants in Oolong Tea help fight free radicals in the body and promote general health.

As a whole, we are not up to the task of recommending the weight loss supplement Yoruba Diet Max to dieters due to its unsafe formulation. Moreover, it doesn’t seem to have active weight loss ingredients. Using this weight loss supplement would clearly be a waste of time and money because there are no marked weight loss results that will be obtained by using this supplement.

Yerba Diet Max is full of common diet product ingredients. Unfortunately, none of them are competent fat burners, metabolism boosters or appetite suppressants.
