From there, you can suggest to your friends, colleagues or family members that particular restaurant which offers nutritious yet delicious meals.
  2. In case you weren’t able to influence your dinner companions to the restaurant which you discovered offers great-tasting healthy meals, you can opt to scan the menu thoroughly.   5. Opt to use alternative seasonings and sauces or garnish. Use margarine instead of butter; use mustard instead of mayonnaise and thick dressings.

In the end, you will realize that everything is merely a matter of choices. If you know how to choose your food and you have the discipline to adhere to your diet, then there won’t be any problem if you dine out every so often.
